What We Do
Mission10 was first initiated as a group project by five local business leaders participating in the Smith Mountain Lake Chamber of Commerce Leadership Academy. At Mission10 we are dedicated to supporting our veteran neighbors through our leveraged partnerships with the American Legion Post 62 (Moneta, VA) and the National Center for Healthy Veterans (Altavista, VA).
We are not a nonprofit organization, but we commit 100% of all donations to local veterans services and nobody associated with this organization receives pay of any kind. As a leadership team, we submit our financials to third party auditors annually as an act of good faith and our commitment to using every dollar for the benefit of local veterans.

A results-oriented, goal-focused operational leader with over 15 years of proven expertise in operational management, contact center design and leadership, process and customer experience improvement initiatives, and business-to-business relationship management.
Born and raised in Bedford County, Tyler Monk has deep roots in the community and an enduring passion for the game of golf. A proud graduate of Staunton River High School and James Madison University, Tyler’s love for golf began at the age of seven, thanks to his dad and grandpa, who introduced him to the sport.
Will Dubuisson is the Program Manager for Habitat for Humanity of Franklin County, VA. He is based in Roanoke, VA, and has been in this role since February 2023, previously working as the Resource Development Director for Habitat for Humanity of the Lowcountry. His role includes managing various programs for the organization.
Abe is a community driven leader who runs Loper Financial, an award-winning fiduciary financial planning firm with offices in Moneta and Lynchburg. He serves on numerous boards of directors and spends his free time watching his children compete in sporting events.
